The traditional path of the Naked Mile begins at the corner of Washtenaw Ave (7-O)and South University Ave. It runs down S. University to the Engine Arch (West Hall) (7-K),
and across the Diag (J-5). Runners then cut in between Angell Hall and the Museum of Art (7-H),
stop to sing the fight song at the steps of the Museum, then cross State Street in front of
The Michigan Union (7-G) before heading to the 'The Cube', a unique piece of campus architecture in the Regents’ Plaza, generally considered to be the finish line. (7-F).
